INTEGRATED SECURITY
SCOPE OF WORK
Intertech Ci served as the lead security systems integrator, overseeing coordination, implementation, and system testing of security solutions across the site.
- Access control systems for buildings and gated areas
- Video surveillance (CCTV), including pole-mounted and parking lot coverage
- Intrusion detection systems
- Video server installation and system configuration
Intertech Ci maintained oversight of system integration, functionality, and compliance.
Key responsibilities included:
- Coordinating subcontractors and aligning work with project timelines
- Reviewing and enforcing design specifications and revisions
- Ensuring system compatibility across platforms
- Performing system testing and validation, reporting findings to verify proper operation and compliance
- Supporting final system setup and verification to confirm readiness for use
Work was initially structured across 27 phased mobilizations, which introduced scheduling complexities beyond the original scope. In collaboration with the client and general contractor, Intertech Ci helped streamline the approach, reducing the number of mobilizations while still meeting contractual requirements and maintaining project continuity.

Intertech Ci executed the project in accordance with consultant-provided design specifications, adapting to changing project requirements throughout construction. Key elements included:
- Ensuring specification compliance through continuous review of updated design documents
- Aligning system deployment with ongoing construction across multiple stages
- Collaborating with the general contractor, electricians, and data infrastructure teams
- Deploying technicians for installation support, troubleshooting, and system testing
